Power Skating is strong, fast, controlled skating. Hockey power skating teaches the player proper skating technique, including endurance, agility, rhythm, balance, and strength. As the hockey player begins to incorporate these skills into his or her game, performance is enhanced and injuries are minimized. The earlier these skills become a habitual part of the player’s practice and game, the more likely the player is to succeed in the sport of hockey. Sanitates Power Skate has successfully taught thousands of students the skills they need for peak performance.
Guarantee: Suzy is on the ice for all of Sanitate’s Power Skate sessions. Suzy and her staff will give 100% to all of her students.

“Both Drew and I have been very challenged and have enjoyed our skating lessons with Suzy. She has been able to improve our fundamentals and skating speed. The great thing is Suzy has been able to help us both even though we are at different levels. I would highly recommend working with Suzy to any level skater out there who is looking to improve. Whether you do a clinic or privates, Suzy is the one to work with.”
“Our son Jack started skating with Suzy at 5 years old. He played travel hockey, and then was chosen for the US National Development team. He then received a College sholarship to University of Michigan and then drafted into the NHL. Jack is currently playing for the L.A. Kings. Suzy had a big part of getting him there.”
“My son Arthur first skated with Suzy Sanitate when he was 8 years old. He had just finished his first season of house hockey. That year he was drafted in the 17th round ot of 18 rounds. After skating with Suzy, he was selected in the first round the next season and was the third over-all pick. He has continued to skate with Suzy over the years. Arthur played AAA hockey with Honey Baked Ham, Little Caesar’s and Belle Tire. In his Senior year, he played high school hockey and was one of 6 players elected to MHSAA “Dream Team,” out of more than 3,600 players. Last season, Arthur played Junior A hockey in Boston. None of this would have happened without Suzy Sanitate. Thank you, Suzy.”

“I feel I have improved my skating tremendously since I have been working with Suzy. I started skating much later and feel that with her expertise I can play with skaters that have spent their whole life skating. Thanks to Suzy, I am an overall better player.”
